Bring your mind, body, and spirit together with Chair Yoga. This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Learn basic poses and breathing techniques. Yoga is an ancient Hindu practice for improving health, reducing stress, and increasing balance and flexibility. There is no charge to attend. Certified Yoga Instructor Gary Sherman will lead the workshop at 10:00 a.m. at the Foothills Library, located at 13226 E South Frontage Road. For more information, call (928) 342-1640.
