#YumanNature Campaign Released into the Wild
Published on Aug 18, 2017

Visit Yuma is excited to announce the launch of its newest campaign promoting all things Yuma with the help of social media and you. Yes, you!

Have a camera and enjoy taking pictures of your adventures? Perfect! Visit Yuma is seeking your help in showcasing all that the Yuma area has to offer in an exciting campaign with an opportunity for shutterbugs and photo pros to share their experiences with the world.

So, how do you participate? It's easy: Just take photos of the things you do for fun in the Yuma area and post them to social media with #YumanNature. From off-roading in the Dunes to downing a pint at Prison Hill Brewing Company, travelers want to see what's good in the world's sunniest city, and genuine photos from locals and other visitors are the best and most exciting ways to paint that picture.

Meanwhile, Visit Yuma's social media nerds will comb the photos for images which would look great in upcoming marketing materials which promote Yuma as a travel destination. Requests will be sent to creators for permission to use the images in print and digital materials. To accept the request, reply with #YouBetYuma ... that's all!

Got it? Excellent! All creators whose photos are included in Visit Yuma marketing materials will be contacted with information on where they can find their photo. Then, we know you'll be so excited about your contribution that you'll want to share with friends and family. Right? Of course!

So, grab a camera and get out there, see all that #YumanNature has in store and give us your best shot ... or two ... or three ... or more. Have questions? Send us an email to
