The Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area is starting over in its search for a successor to current Executive Director
“We are disappointed that Pat Barber has decided to remain at the Arizona Game and Fish Department, but we understand his deep commitment to that organization, to which he has devoted more than 20 years of his career”, says Tom Rushin, the Board’s Transition Coordinator.
Applications are due by close of business, May 15, 2018. In the interim, Charles Flynn has agreed to stay on to help in the recruitment and mentoring process.
A position description, job announcement, and instructions on how to apply are now posted on the Heritage Area website www.yumaheritage.com. While a nationwide search is being undertaken, qualified community candidates are encouraged to apply.
