YUMA, ARIZONA – The Jelly Belly touring bus is headed for Yuma, with a special stop set for Dec. 10 at The Peanut Patch, 4322 East County 13th Street.
Touring jelly bean experts will share insider secrets to the making of Jelly Belly jelly beans, the iconic sweet treat that gained fame around the world during the presidency of Ronald Reagan, a devoted fan of the flavor-packed morsels.
Famous throughout the region for its wide array of candy and treats, The Peanut Patch will host the Jelly Belly bus – and an array of fun activities – from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the sweet Saturday.
“We can’t wait to have them back again,” George said. “All the kids and their parents had such a good time tasting both the delicious and weird flavors, it was a highlight for everyone.”
Tastes of the newest flavors will be offered – and the more daring will have a chance to sample the new BeanBoozled line of weird and wild flavors from skunk spray and pencil shavings to the delightful Top Banana and Coconut.
The Jelly Belly bus crew will also offer prizes and fun for kids – and if there was ever a questions you wanted to asked about Jelly Belly beans, this is your opportunity to stump the experts!
Jelly Belly jelly beans are currently made in 92 flavors, with the most recently released being Candy Corn. Best known for its jaw-dropping jelly bean flavors, Jelly Belly also makes other confections such as licorice, jells, gummies, seasonal sweets and chocolate covered treats.
