Discover the benefits of Qigong!  An ancient discipline practiced by millions worldwide and means energy work or effort, Qigong is easy to learn at any age and enjoyable to do. Regular practice helps increase muscular endurance, build muscular strength, evaporate stress, increase focus and improve overall health and well-being.  

Librarian Jose Beltran will present information and demonstrate basic poses at the Main Library.  The Main Library is located at 2951 S 21st Drive.  There is no charge to attend.  For more information, call (928) 782-1871.
