Registration is $300 plus $25.00 USA sanction fees. Acceptable forms of payments include checks (payable to City of Yuma), credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express), and cash for “in person” transactions only - DO NOT mail cash.
Please enclose the following with your information form:
- Entry Fee of $300 made payable to: City of Yuma plus $25.00 USA sanction fees
- Official Tournament Entry Form signed by your USA state commissioner**
- Official Championship Roster signed by your USA state commissioner**

You may also make payment in-person or over the phone with a credit or debit card. Call or visit the Parks & Recreation Department inside City Hall to provide payment information 928-373-5200.
No entry fee will be considered official until all official paperwork (signed by your state commissioner) has been received. In order for your team to be officially entered in the tournament an original or a faxed copy to (928-343-5244) of the official entry form and championship roster must be submitted before noon on Friday 27 August.
Yuma Art Center/Historic Yuma Theatre and the Yuma Civic Center offer a variety of stage shows and events, visit the city website for general events info or to purchase tickets online for selected events, go to the YumaShowTickets.com site.
